France announces the launch of 3 new websites for taxpayers in 2022
French Government launches 3 new websites aiming the simplification of online services for taxpayer’s benefit.
30 December, 2021
In order to simplify online services and make it easier for French taxpayers to fulfil their administrative and tax compliance obligations, French tax authorities have designed in cooperation with company representatives three new websites that will be available by beginning 2022.
These are the new sites dedicated to professionals that will soon be available:
According to the tax authorities’ public announcement, they recognised that sometimes the access to tax information and formalities is difficulted due to the existence of multiple public sites and sources. “This situation creates a lack of readability, and fluidity in finding information and carrying out online procedures by companies and entrepreneurs and these numerous information channels do not always allow to identify official state sources”.
In consequence, the main goal of this project is for these new websites to help taxpayers making more visible the official sources of information and also to offer the possibility of carrying out multiple administrative procedures online from the same site.
The goal of these new websites is to facilitate French taxpayers the fulfilment of their administrative and tax compliance obligations
This website is conceived as the reference source of information for companies. This site will regroup all useful and updated information published for companies, as well all helpful tools available related to the start and daily life of companies.
This website will centralize in only one site all administrative procedures that currently are disseminated between around ten different websites. It will be possible to fulfil all administrative tasks related to registration, modification or de-registration of companies, for all types of activities. By January 2023 this site will definitely substitute the CFE or Centres de Formalités des Entreprises.
This website will group all the online services currently available for tax, social security and customs – ie, impôts, Urssaf and Douane. This will allow companies to submit the correspondent returns and payments.
Also, this website will offer the possibility to start a conversation in their secure profile with the tax, social security and customs administrations.
At the moment, this website is in test status, but we expect it to be working soon.
