Upon request, tax authorities might re-open the old portal for Q1 2022 VAT return submissions.
To avoid interests on corrective VAT returns for 2021 reporting periods, these must be submitted before the 1st April.
The new portal in Netherlands will become mandatory for companies registered in the Dutch Trade Register starting 2022. Foreign VAT registered companies are not impacted yet.
